Don't you just hate it sometimes when you look over your email and there are
spammy email promotions all over? I get the feeling. I get so annoyed about it
sometimes, I just skip the whole lot of them.
But what am I saying? I'm a marketer!... Well, a marketer should put him- or
herself on the shoes of a customer sometimes. When I thought about how
irritated I get when I see spammy mail in my inbox, as a marketer I think of how
pathetic the mails are.
So going through the Internet, I look for more information on how to construct an
email that could capture customers and direct them to our website. Well, I've
come across a lot of articles about it. Here are two of the articles I refer to. These
two are quite helpful especially in this holiday season where a lot of products and
services are being introduced through emails.
As I look over and surf the Internet, I wonder at how big the online community is.
I marvel at it. And being one of them, I feel very small.
And due to the number of people scouring online for socializing, networking, and
business endeavors, one should not be surprised on why businesses grab at the
opportunity to expand their operations on the Web. I mean, it's only natural if they
want to survive in an area where heavy competition is just on your right and on the
left. Businesses won't make it big without the Internet these days.
This fact itself tells us where we're going regarding information technology. we've
grown dependent on technology now, and more developments and improvements
are coming through.
